We are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. If you are not satisfied with your items we will gladly offer an exchange. To avoid any inconvenience we always recommend that our customers review the SIZING CHART in detail before making a purchase.

We must however stress that in order to receive an exchange, the items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tag still attached and in their original packaging, otherwise there will be no return in any means possible. All Returns Requests are required to be initiated within 14 days of delivery date of your order otherwise there will be NO RETURN. We recommend that you ensure all the items you wish to return are included in one return delivery. The shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us on info@posearazzi.com within 24 hrs to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.
